Fans do not have to be represented by models, but it's much more fun if they are!

The NAF document also omits Crazy Igor and Lewdgrip Whiparm from Pact, and Glart Smashrip Jr and Fezglitch from Underworld.

President! Tournament Director! Can we get this fixed? ;)

According to the Slann roster in the Icepelt version of the CRP, Slann can hire the following Star Players:
  • Helmut Wulf (Buzzsaw 'Buzz')
  • Hemlock (Stab 'Shank')
  • Lottabottol (Blitzer)
  • Quetzal Leap (Catcher)
  • Slibli (Big 'Toador')
  • Morg 'n' Thorg
At least that is why I think would make sense according the the stars skills in CRP.

That is exactly what I'd been assuming.

Right after reading my post again, I started wondering what a Kroak 'n' Toad would look like...
Maybe that's the name for the Big Guy? :orc:

I'm being very careful to avoid the attention of a certain litigious company so what I will say is that you may be able to use them in that manner. *ahem*

Of course, I never said that these miniatures represent said star players!
I just thought that their appearance would make it possible to use them as proxies for said stars, just in case you forgot your GW miniatures at home and have only those with you.

Did you really think I was implying buying your minis instead of GW minis? Ha! :orc:

actually it's quite sad to have put all the add-ons at the end :(
if we don't reach that 1st add on level, early pledgers won't be able to give you again some money :(

Why? You can add more to your pledge at any time during the the campaign can't you?

Yep, Darkson is right.
I pledged for an Early Frog full team and a couple of days later pledged 2 times for 2 additional Linefrogs, because I like to flesh out my teams a bit.
That's been three pledges so far and I might add more depending on if we hit the addons and how much I like 'em.

You can make pledges as often as you wish and for what you wish.
I even asked J_Bone himself if that was okay and he answered it to be perfectly fine and won't cause any problems.
Also, I'm pretty sure, when pledging is done, he'll send around a pledge manager in case you want something else or different.

The only thing that can happen is that you can't buy the frogs from any kind of webstore as J_Bone said it might be a limited run.
But then, who says there can't be a joint-venture between J_Bone and, let's say, Impact!?
If the market demands enough to make another casting run pay itself... Would be a win-win-win situation, wouldn't it?

@J_Bone:
Just realized there is no cheerleader, within this campain?
No token? :
- as the froxi is huge, prone/stunner "fig" would be great, like the ones for the bullcentaurs of greepo)
- idem, some RR, score, and turn marker would be nice (ok, i would most probably used the blitzers fig for that :) )
Darkson wrote:Why? You can add more to your pledge at any time during the the campaign can't you?
if we don't reach the level for the addon (coach, wizard, etc) why would you give make additionnal pledge?
with the full team you would have already everything (once), which is already available.

alternate add-on and extra-free stretch goals fig is most a probably strategy to reach all stretch goals

edit:

this case is different, you have pledge 3 times because you did not know/realized at start that only 7(+1) linemen were not enough :)

it's my worry as well :)
for the last campaign, i've participated (the willy chaos dwarves) i regret finally not to have taken duplicate hobgob, in order to be able to align a full hobgobelin team (it's could be fun, within tourney to play fouling strategy with 15hobgob+stabber)
and then later if i've lost some fig, it be hard to find some remplacement-fig on ebay

Like I said, I like to flesh out my teams so I can set up any possible team setup, only linemen I limit myself to twelve.
I did so when I when I ordered Willys Undead/Nekro and Khemri. Did cost me an arm and a leg!
I just wanted to be in this compaign, so I pledged as fast as possible and then checked my account if I could have some more!

Well, Willy has a webshop... Can't order them now?

Edit: Oh, I see... Those sneaky bastards are available as a pack, not single miniatures... To bad!
