How did the voting turn out?
Is it possible for you to disclose how all the backers voted?

Re: Iron Golems News
Hi guys!
mikeyc222, we'll definitely wait for January to launch the campaign so everybody can recover from holidays. About new teams, we would love to keep working with Pedro Ramos but it will depend on his availability.
Agragor Manflayer, we are still waiting for the last 40 pledge managers to begin extracting data from the survey. When we gather all the info we'll summarize the highlights if you are interested.
Today we want to show you the standard boxes we've designed to pack the teams and send them to our backers. Besides the external look, wich we hope you like, and its plastic cover, the minis on the inside will be protected with three foam layers.

Re: Iron Golems News
My last three indiegogo supported teams showed up stuffed in a ziplock bag. This is certainly a nice change

Very nice Iron Golems, but what was the point of the Premium Box then?
I feel a bit foolish for getting it now

I think there will be a difference about the container to take your painted team with you to the shown case for shipping.

Pedda, you will not have to worry or regret for having chosen the premium box, when we show the pictures of the premium box (hopefully not be too long) you will be happy for it, believe usPedda wrote:Very nice Iron Golems, but what was the point of the Premium Box then?

There are many differences between the boxes, no doubt. The one we just showed you (we call shipping box) has relatively small dimensions (16x12x4 cm), it contains three flat foams, one on the bottom, another in the middle separating two floors, and last one on the top, to avoid miniature damage during the trip but it has no individual slots for each mini as is usual in carrying cases and in the Premium box. The box is made of white corrugated cardboard, with a illustrated sash and a final shrink wrapping.
The premium box instead is made of higher quality hard cardboard, lined in matte, and with compartmentalized foam inside to carry every campaign miniature and other stuff you need to play comfortably and, of course, it is bigger(27x19x6 cm).
As Regash said, the main difference is that shipping box main purpose is sending the team to our backers (perhaps for team transport circumstantially) while the Premium box is designed for usual transport and conmfortable store the team.
As we get pictures of the premium box (still in production) you will get a comparative picture of both so you can see the differences

Re: Iron Golems News
well my courier played silly beggars for a few days but i called down the depot today and picked the blighters up, extremely impressed with the minis, detail looks top notch, great casting, definitely had mixed experiences with indie companies and quality of casts so for a first timer to smash it out of the park, I am even more impressed. This was a campaign well worth backing and I hope you are well on your way to establishing your brand, I am already a fan
