Shouldn't there be a pledge level for team + star players?
And how do you get the female CD? This is very unclear.

The lack of a "all in one package" pledge level is quite annoying.
How much should I pledge to have everything?

female CD is free , campaign 5000€ (I think today ) all founders 1 Willy-coin , you can choose female or other model .

another stupid question, there is no special level to get only the 6 hobgob
(in case someone had in mind to play an full hobgobelin team: he would need at least 11 hobgob)

or only the 6 dwarfs?

Maybe I am spoiled, but I'd like to have seen 7-8 hobgoblins, instead of 'just' 6.
