What is the parking there like, I am going to drive up on friday night stay in the travelodge and come over in the morning.

parking is usually plentiful i have never had a issue

Team Geordie will arrive at some point on Friday Night, i am guessing between 8 and 9pm

We are all staying at Mansfield Travel Lodge

So i am guessing some sort of food and beer will be on cards

sounds good i think there is a chineese all you can eat thing in town ill have to look into it or it may be thai but hey im sure we can ransack the food

waiting on a call back from one of the guys at the venue but it should be something like this

Registration: 9:00-9:30
Game 1:9:30-11:30
Game 2:11:30-2:00(dinner will be served and people can go eat at half time so we can get all 4 games in)
Game 3:2:00-4:00
Game 4:4:00-6:00
Party Time:6:00-Sunday
Game 5:10:00-12:00(unless people feel an earlier start would be better for people traveling home in which case we can start earlier)
Lunch 12:00-12:30(again will confirm lunch times after speaking to venue
Game 6:12:30-2:30
Game 7:2:30-4:30
Awards: 4:30 - 5:00
