I am absolutely elated that more and more tourneys in Sweden are starting to go NAF and post on international forums like TFF. NärkeBowl is going to be NAF, isn't it?

Rules set looks delicious; will try and make time for this one, although it might clash with another thing planned for late Sep.

We have a preliminary NAF "yes" but not a official yet. Thats why it isnt in the information for now.

Has anyone else tried to assemble some juicy "pig lists" (SV: "grislistor") using the tourney rules? I reckon Undead, Orcs and Amazons (of course) will be highly competitive using this rules set. Imagine facing:

a. Undead with 2 mummies, 2 wights, 3 ghouls and 5 zombies, 3 RR, wizard and 4 skills (TV 1250). For skills probably 2 blodge ghouls and tackle and frenzy for the wights.

b. Orcs with full blitzers and BOBs, 1 thrower and 2 lineorcs, 2 RR, wizard, chainsaw and 8 skills (TV 1250). Leader on the thrower, then 2-3 block BOBs and an assortment of tackle, MB and guard.

c. Zons with 4 blitzers, 7 linewomen, 2 RR and wizard plus 9 skills (TV 1240). Extra FF for the last 10k TV, blodge and wrodge on the linewomen, plus one SH and a couple guard or tackle.

I have no such teams painted though and are probably forced to run Chaos, Khemri or DE, if I do find I can participate of course. The DE list comes very close to a standard TV 1100 list with starting skills, while the Chaos list ends up with almost no skills at all if I want to field a minotaur as well as have a wizard (they are painted blue and yellow, so a wizard feels kind of a given).

What's your best "pig lists"?

Odium Khan: Dwarfs with Wizard is nasty. I will be running vampires as Im the organizer - the Super Suckers will make the return from the grave. Last year they got to 4:th place out of 16 coaches but I dont see that they will have any chance winning.

Generall information:
This Friday I received the package with the prizes for Narke Bowl 2012 from Gaspez-arts. Besides the three teams we had ordered for place 1, 2 and 3 of the tournament Gaspez-arts sent a 4:th totally free team will now goes to the fourth spot.

In addition, all participating coaches gets three block dices that were specially made as shown below.

Sorry guys I don't dare apply as the coming weekends are a bit unpredictable for me. What's making it even worse is I will most likely miss the StockBowl as well.

That's a shame Odium. But we already have filled StockBowl Cup III. Any new sign ups will be put on our reserves list in case someone have to drop out or we manage to find a bigger venue in the same price-range...

I had a blast at Närkebowl, and that's coming from the guy who played goblins and ended up last after 5 losses and 1 tie.

Very well organized, good venue, nice people and a really impressive prize support from Gaspez!

I will most likely go next year. Thank you Lard for a great tournament!
