Illegal Procedure:
In the spirit of good sportsmanship, Illegal Procedures will not be called. The 4-minute turn rule will

allotted, he may insist you use a timer and begin enforcing the 4-minute rule.

Before each match you and your opponent should agree on one set of dice to share throughout the match. Blocking dice should be either GW, or NAF dice only.
Scoring
10 points for a Win
5 points for a Tie
2 points for a Loss
Bonus points: +1 per Casualty and +1 per TD
- points based on the average from your Etiquette ranking
Blood Bowl Etiquette Questionnaire:
Simple YES or NO questionnaire based on your opponent’s Gameplay and Painting. There are 7
questions on Gameplay and 6 on Painting. These are various traits the best
sportsmen in the game already do on a consistent basis. Now, it’s time to
find out if you do them as well…
A Coach will receive a -1 penalty for “NO’s” given for the below questions
• Turning models that have completed their action
• Consistency with Cocked Dice rulings
• Provided copy of roster to opponent
• Moving players into each square when they move to miss a dodge
• Using ONLY NAF/ GW Block Dice (everyone should get this one!)
• Completing your turns in a Satisfactory pace
• The MOST fun opponent to play out of all opponents
• Having your entire team painted to a three color minimum
• Painting or Flocking or Texturing all of your model’s bases
• Each position on your team easily identifiable to your opponent
• skill/stat upgrades on your team easily identifiable to your opponent
• each model on your team clearly numbered and matching your roster
• Provided marker for any failed negative skills (if applicable)
Additional Skills:
Players will not gain skills with SPPs. Before the tournament begins you may spend Gold on
skills and improvements for your players. No player may be given more than 1 additional skill. Use
the following pricing.
20,000 New Skill
30,000 Skills that can only be taken on doubles
30,000 +MA or +AV
These are the only improvements you may choose.
Painting:, and Modeling requirements:
All teams are expected to meet the minimum painted guidelines. They must have 3 colors on them and
no metal showing. Numbers should be on both the front and back of the base. Non standard or converted minis are acceptable, but we must be able to easily tell the positions apart. You will not be allowed to proxy minis in any way that can confuse an opponent. “This woodelf lineman is actually a catcher.” If you need to borrow models or a team, there are several
people that may be able help you out with that, don't be afraid to ask.
Sportsmanship:
We are here for the fun of the game. Sportsmanship is not encouraged from the coaches, it is required!
To make sure that everyone who attends will have fun the Tournament official will issue a warning to
anyone who is taking away from the fun environment we are looking for. If the behavior continues you
will be asked to leave the tournament. Arguing with the tournament organizer or in any way showing
them up can also result in a warning. An important note on sportsmanship. Fouling 16 turns in a row
and running up the score is not poor sportsmanship. But gloating and ridiculing your opponent while
doing so is. Remember we are here to have a good time.
NAF:
This event will be NAF sanctioned
(If you don’t know what the NAF is go to http://thenaf.net/index.php for more info)
Also will count towards the West Coast Grand Prix
Awards:
These prizes are the minimum, more may be added depending on the amount of coaches
1st and 2nd (place are locked in at the end of round 4 and will play head to head in round 5)
Best Coach (Most points after 5 rounds)
Sportsman
Best Appearance

Nope, still deciding between 2 venues. Should be finalized by end o the week. It's down to two game stores, and both have plenty of room. I am also finalizing the championship trophy and the give-aways.

A lot of momentum is building for Burk, Frosty and I to be there. Our buddy in Spokane has agreed to let us crash at his place, so all we have to do is dot I's and cross T's.
