That looks like one of the much maligned plastic GW minotaurs. A lot of people have said that the eavy metal paint jobs did them no favours, though it's probably a blessing you can't see the god awful shins in that photo.

Yeah, it is one of the plastic ones.i just recently had to buy one of the awful plastic heads to replace the one i had for Black hoof.i had lost it over the years of non playing.Also i found out two part plumbers epoxy putty works as a great subsitute for for GS in a pinch.

i kinda like it. but then again, i like most mino's and trolls. ogres, too! i'm still looking for a "pitch friendly" hill giant or a frost, storm or stone giant.

Yeah - the same seller had another minotaur from the GW set up for auction (which I ended up purchasing). Not as big a fan of this one. They are plastic, which wasn't advertised, but I figured out by searching GW's site. Paint job was also solid. I only did minor touch-ups to match my team colors.
