WANTED - (Wait for it...) Blood Bowl Board/Pitch and Dugouts

Yes that's right folks... I need a board and a couple (one at least) dugouts!

I now have everything I need for the beautiful game. My Slann team is complete. I'm waiting for my Treemen to arrive and my Halflings are done (none of this is painted btw!). I have a lovely (highly recommended!) KR case/bag thingie, range ruler, templates, dice, counters, etc.

But I don't have a board!!!

Is there any possibilty there is someone out there with a spare one willing to part with it for cold, hard (Paypal) cash? Anyone?

GW's was my first thought, the FF Fields ones on Impact look nice, but they also look a bit pricey too!

I've a FF Fields one (Rotten mud) and it's very nice.

Really? Are they durable? Do they roll out flat? Was thinking about the Mayan one maybe for my Slann but 35 odd quid is a lot of money...

Keep your eyes peeled on eBay. I say a pair of GW dugouts going for 3 quid last week. I picked up an old copy of the 3rd edition sans the Human team for a tenner not so long ago.

If you're short the templates as well, then maybe picking the 2nd edition from somewhere might be a cheap alternative, it comes with all the templates, plus a board, all you need is the dugout and block dice to complete the set.

What sort of dugouts you hawkin? I might be interested if Zed doesn't bite.

I just got a pitch off ebay. Same price as loonie is selling for. The FF fields do look very very nice, but they are super expensive compared to the competition (ebay boards, impact! mats, etc). Speaking of, have you checked out Impact!'s pitches? I hear good things.

I've one in PVC and I think it's durable. You cand find more informations here (sorry, my english is a little bit too bad to make good explanations... the only thing i can say, it's that this pitch is "beer proof" ). With others leagues, we asked to do custom boards with FF-fields and for 30-40, the price decline of 10€ (~ 14,62 USD). In France, some leagues have made their own pitches in this PVC (or just lower quality) for a price ranging between 18 and 25 € (~ 26,32 and 36,56 USD).

I think at the moment I'm going to keep checking eBay and hope one comes up!

Plan B of course is to flog a load of stuff on eBay and then buy a FF Fields one!
