Like the Ghoul concepts... they remind me a lot of Heresy's old 'Lurker' mini's though (But that's not a bad thing)

I have spent the couple days since I first saw these (tabletop gameing news) trying to figure out what these guys reminded me of, and I finally figured it out=

So as such they seem to be a bit to powerfully built for a ghoul, which to me is a fragile piece. But then again, its still a great new concept and gets us away from the heresy/gw style of skinny ghouls and if anyones going to attempt it I'm glad it you guys.

That was my first thought to (Venom).
And I agree, to powerful-looking for Ghouls (though I'd happily find a use for them for something else) - I know GW's models aren't to everyones tastes (I don't like their new hunched plastics ones), but at least they represent what they're meant to - tribes of dead-eating sub-humans.

Ha! Venom...perfect connection.

I agree with them being a bit too bulky for my liking. But I like what Willy has done so far with his other minis and I think there will probably be a bunch of people that like this look.

Keep it up Willy! (snicker)

BTW - how long before we can expect a Flesh Golem? This is a sorely needed mini for FF IMHO. I know it's got to be on your mind. If so...please, please, please do it right.

Well, Ghouls got pretty good agility and speed, so for me the biggest problem would be the strenght 3, but that's only if the models turns out to be werewolf big. If anything i think too skinny players playing way above their physical ability is a big problem. Never bad to have good physique either. 8)

As a matter of fact ghouls are quite phisical: They normaly become fast blodgers as first skill. and if undead are where they are up in the ranking is mainly because of ghouls and regeneration of the oher players.

As for the concept is the first time that willy's projects are not 100 % my cup of tea. But is more becuse of the long tonges. We'll see how it finishes in the end!

Yeah i'm sure they are, but especially becouse they dont really exist there's nothing wrong with putting some muscle on them to show how strong they are. :)

Ha! It does seem silly to pick about something like how much muscle a ghoul should have.
