In case there is any doubt about how to do a Personal transfer in Paypal:

1. Click on "Send Money".
2. Fill in "To" and "Amount" blanks. Click on "Personal" tag. Leave "This money is being sent as a Gift" marked. Click on "Continue".
3. Leave marked "I will pay the fee". Review the information and click on "Send money".
