I'm of the opinion that as long as that rules review file is on GW's website, we have some fope for an LRB6. When/if that goes, we're stuffed.

I feel as I think we all should that we can play the game we love. We have minor grievances with the makers, but nothing that pissing into the wind would resolve (or writing letters, calling, protesting, blackballing...insert affirmative action here)

lets just enjoy what we have for now and let them publish it.

I expect LRB6 will be published without amendment by GW soon. I don't know when.

I think we all know that we can make this ugly - no reason to shout it from the roof tops.

Has GW required sites hosting 5+ to take that down? Play what your league enjoys and wait and see what happens with LRB6 getting released or not.

Well all of the rulebook files at one of Galaks sites are now mysteriously dead.

As for spreading LRB6 if it never became official - I don't see how it would be piracy. You're just spreading a list of house rules after all. Don't see how GW could ban "LRB6" tournaments - they would just be house ruled tournaments after all.
But never mind.

I'd say that spreading around a document with GW ownership claimed within it - without their consent - might be considered a breach. Its their intellectual property - not the BBRCs - so my understanding is that only GW have the right to distribute it (or agree to others to distribute).

LRB5 would still be available for download.
A home-made list of house rules (the total of which would not exist in any GW document) could hardly be a problem. Could it?

Either way, let's not speculate.
I'm still hoping nobody will feel the need to resort to something like this.
