No skaven on bbfigs?

I'm sad. I wanted a new Skaven team, but bbfigs doesn't show one. Had to order from GW. No Skaven on bbfigs? That sucks.

I think what Team Traels was trying to say was that if you had contacted Tom through pm he may have been able to source some skaven fairly easily and rapidly for you.

I reckon there is point in your post, now, but when I first read it it wasn't written like there was any other point than letting people know that you are a sad litle monkey. Of course, a Skaven team is on its way, so you should be a happy little monkey instead We all love monkeys.

I simply wanted to, indirectly, point a finger towards mr. Starscraper, since my current impressions of this man is sort of like a drug dealer; you need some? He gots some. Or he gets some, then you are a happy little monkey.

Too bad the clue about PMing Tom wasn't on the Skaven page link I tried to click on over at bbfigs. I might have put the clues together at that point. When I'm in "shopping" mode, I guess I didn't make the shift to "go chat" mode until after the transaction was completed. Or I can just blame it all on being tired. Methinks the bbfigs website might need some subtle updating.

Nah, I'm just bummed like when I found out Santa Claus was really my folks ordering toys out of the Sears catalog. Back when Sears had a catalog. Man, that dates me.

Hey, bbfigs is awesome buy your teams there we gotcha covered. Okay, they're reorganizing a little because GW has reorganized how the BB line is being sold. Hey, bbfigs don't even offer Skaven at all! Thats not right!

So, no it did not occur to me that when I ran into confusion at bbfigs that my next course of action should be to come here and PM Tom. After finding what I wanted through GW, and ordering it, my thought was to post here for the purpose of a) finding out why bbfigs doesn't have skaven at all, b) saving someone else the effort of "shopping around", or c) offering my observation in case someone associated with bbfigs sees it and takes it as the "customer feedback" that it was intended as.

I agree with your dissatisfaction - I would really like to place an order with BBfigs (don't know on what, guess I'd figure that out when they have all the models I would possibly ever want restocked).

Tom has a timeline for ordering the different teams in. He's working on a set budget, and it depends on income before he can add more to the line. I agree some communication about this on the website would be nice.

He DID have a nice timeline, but I guess GW changing things and making him re-organise his own plans regarding bbfigs as a result have put paid to his origional plans.

I have every confidence we'll be back in the loop once Tom finalises his plan.

Ah well.

Too bad as we've had Skaven in stock since last Monday (working on getting the webstore ready for them) and we would have sold you a full team of 16 or a partial team of 12 to 13 for less than GW's prices.

As for putting notices on the website ... I'm doing the best I can ... there is a clear Contact Us item on the webpage and numerous people find it and use it to ask me if I can get them something special or the timing of when a certain team will be coming in stock.

I'm sorry you spent too much money on your purchase this week.
