Good to know, that changes quite a few things. Only arrival at Barcelona or also departure?

CAPTAINS OF THE NEXT TEAMS: Holland, Austria, Belgium, England & Scotland.

Kewan (Bus captain) wants to know your arrival time and your departing time (also, I need to know the airport where you land on Friday and you take off on Monday) I need to know it, before the 26 of September, because I can't do the book after this date, so please send me as soon as possible a pm with this info.

If you have sent me the info, send it again because I've erased my Box

bus price, the cheaper 1.900€ (paying 1 month before renting the bus) maximum 45 people (5 teams) 42€ per person

rent a car (5 places) from friday to monday 135/150€ plus 25/30€ gasoline
http://www.avis.es/ProductPage.aspx?Veh ... %3a00%3a00

30/35€ maximum per person

Guys, it's better rent a car than rent a bus, not only for prices, Friday time waiting for the bus in the airport is 4-5 hours for some teams, and Monday you must to wake up 6 a.m.

From the information Kewan provides, it looks very much as though car hire may be the best option.

At 40+ Euro for the bus, and no flexibility on times, sounds like a car will be much cheaper and more convenient. Will discuss with the rest of the team and get back asap.

Okay, if you calculate 180€ per car including gas, it would be 2 cars per team so 4 guys per car. Result is 45€ per person...
We will be discussing this question in the next couple of days.

opps sorry, I count 5 guys per car

but the real numbers are

137€ rent the car, and you must drive 120 km (60km in each way) so 20-30€...

The real price is 40€ each person, and bus is 42€, the real advantage is the time you must wait to the latest team, and Monday morning sleep until 10 o'clock instead of 6:30

No, at all. The closest railway station is 10 km and bus leave you in a town 8 km distance

Well, unfortunately renting a car seems to be the most reasonable decision.
