I really considered to buy this one as well, but at 9.95$ i decided against it.

I will probely convert some cheersmurfettes from normal goblins at some point. I am actually playing around with the idea of starting all over and then convert the minis proberly so that they get round noses and small tails like they are supposed to. Then make them personal by using green stuff to make things suhs as a wrapped gift for one of them to carry to use as a bombwielding goblin.
Its just sad that i paint rather poorly so the team wont be as cool as i want it to. Well tough luck.
As trolls i will use 2 of this one:

This one would be cool as well, but it was sold out and priced at 24.95 its a little to heavy on my budget at the moment

As a sidenote.
We play with a goblin team that looks like this:
0-16 Goblins 6 2 3 7 Dodge, stunty, right stuff 40k AG-Skills
0-2 Pogostick 6 2 3 7 Dodge, Right stuff, Catch, Pogo. 80K A-skills
In this team Pogostick are not subject to a penaltyroll
0-2 Trolls. 4 5 1 9 Mighty blow, Regenerate. Throw team mate 110K ST-Skills
0-2 Squigriders d6+2 4 2 7 Frenzy, Thick skull 100K AG+ST Skills.
the ma is rolled at the declaration of the squigs action. It suck to declare blitz and then roll a 1 for ma.
RR 60 K.
The team is very well balanced in the league i play in and extremely fun to play with.
Give them a spin if you dare.
Poul

Deathwing, we interprit th LRB differently :
From 'Throwing the football'
It clearly stated that 'The player makes a normal move, and after he has completed the move he may throw the ball' Ie the decision to pass i taken at the end of his moved and declared before any dice roll.
ie He move makes all necessary dodge and stuff and then decides wether or not to pass.
This thinking is also strengthen in the following two paragraphs where it says 'First of all, the coach must declare wher the player is trying to throw the ball to' then 'Next, the coach must measure the range using the range finder' ie. he declares the pass when he's at the right point to pass, and then it's measured immediately not seven moves and three dodges later, as that would make no sense.
The only reason we declare Blitz first is 'the block can be made at any point during his move' therefore once he's moving he's involved in the Blitz.
All LRB rules have still been met because the pass is declared before the roll is made.
Hope you understand my thinking but it does make sense.

Thats not correct though, you have to declair what action a player is taking before they do it. If you declair they are moving then they can only move, if you plan on them passing you declair the pass action, which includes movement as part of the pass action. If you declair they are moving and then declair that player is going to pass, then that player will be taking 2 actions that turn, which is against the rules.

Have a look at p8. 'Player Actions'. Then read the description of a 'Pass Action'.Holy G wrote:Deathwing, we interprit th LRB differently :

It's not two actions 'he makes a normal move and then may pass the ball', hence it becomes a passing action for that team turn.
Also Deathwing I ready page 8 several times but page thirteen goes into detail further, page 8 is a simpler version. page thirteen tells you exactly how it's done.

A Move Action is a separate thing to a Pass Action. You have to declare actions before taking them. Ergo you cannot declare a Move Action and then declare a Pass Action in the same turn with the same player. It's perfectly clear.Holy G wrote:It's not two actions 'he makes a normal move and then may pass the ball', hence it becomes a passing action for that team turn.

Yes those are the words from the lrb, but you will see that they are in the pass action section, therefore you must declair that player will be making the pass action before you move him.
You may make a normal move, or can just throw from that square.
You may pass the ball, or just hold onto it.
You can declair the player is going to do the pass action then decide to do nothing with him, no one else can then make a pass action.
You can't declair a player is going to move and then decide he is going to have a pass action instead. At the end of the day a pass is an action and all actions must be declaired for a player before you do anything with that player.

Think...people logically you cannot decalre your going to pass if you don't know if your going to make the three dodges, seven square and two go for its....
That would be stupid..and doesn't make sense, so he takes a normal move first and then he may choose to throw the ball, hence making it a passing action.
