You asked for suggestions:

Something that's usefull (i've found) when playing is someway to keep track of weather.

So when I made my portable pitch (cut up a desert battle mat, and used a pen to draw on the field..) I made 5 weather boxes, one for each type of weather. I made them where you usually find the BloodBowl logo, between the score trackers..

If you make them weather boxes, with the effect written on them, nobody will forget the effect during a game. The current weather box is a great place to put i.e. your cheerleaders, unless you've got a hole lot of them...

I really like this idea... it'll be on all versions of my pitches shortly.

Cheers!

Plenty of room on the BB7's pitch.

Well, here's a look at my weather report. Want to do a similar thing for the scatter bar.

How's this fit in?

Lst One for the Day... scatter template

Image

Although I like the 3d effect on the weather one, I might redo it to match the others...

Looks good, what font did you use for the writing?

I like them, although 'Sunny' looks like 'Bunny' to me. And I read '8Now' instead of 'Snow' all the time. Perhabs you have some letters with fewer spikes...

As always Ibson....AWESOME!

I agree. the capital lettering on the weather types is a bit confusing.
A change to lower-case caps would work better

Good work. :smoking:

The font in question is Gutcruncher, the 'Bloodbowl' font. and yes, when adding then engraved look a couple of the letters look odd.

Unfortunately, I goofed a bit when making this and didn't save an unmarked version of the background, so I'll have to dot it all over from scratch. However, I think I'm going to do so with the more painted number look of the other tiles. Then just plug it all into the big fields options.

I'm trying real hard to calculate how to layout everything so it fit well onto A3 sheets so I can crank out custom field for each team. In normal, BB7s and BeachBowl flavors.

Cheers all!

Ibson

P.S. Hopefully will get the weather report done today and throw it back up.

Found some spare time during my day. Now this one I'm pretty happy with.

Next up, arrange things for A3 printing and prepare a 'demo'.

Nice work there, Ibson. I can't be the only one, though, who thinks the wrong thing when seeing the thermometer graphic on the "Hot" square! ;) Perhaps a black fill of the mercury level, and/or adding some dash markings on the tube, might help?
