Post by claymore »

Does anyone have a spare Chaos Dwarf blunderbuss fig or a Zzharg Madeye starplayer fig for sale?

There is no dedicated Zzharg Madeye starplayer mini.

I had a spare CD Blunderbuss, but his hat is now on a troll ... so he looks a little ... short :)

Actually I use that lava troll on your site as "inspiration" for my own CD troll that I'm currently working on. I love the hat and the paint job, especially the red to black blending. How did you do it? Just a red basecoat and highlight to black?

I used a black undercoat, then several layers of red (Scab red up to blood red), blazing orange and finally some yellow accents in the deepest parts. Then i redid the scales on his back with black. Once you get used to the strange fact that deeper = brighter, it's actually pretty easy.

That's strange. Looked last week at GW US and UK and didn't find one blunderbuss. Mailed them and they said that it wasn't available. I look today at GW UK and they have now several blunderbusses. ???
