After a couple of small tourney showings this year and two busy leagues, our gaming group - Flame On, based in Manchester - have decided to send a team for World Cup Glory (woo!)

rather unexpectedly, we've got 12 people signed up so far, so here's a coupla quick questions:

Do all coaches participating Have to be NAF? (hopefully all will be but you never know)

If not, do non-NAF coaches pay more for tickets?

As we currently have potentially two teams worth of coaches, wold we need to declare our team line ups before day one, or would they be allowed to be formed after the first day's gaming (not that we want to be seen as WAAC, but just so we know how other clubs/nations will be organising this and to ensure we are competing in the spirit of the competition)

Thanks a lot!

Current Flame On Interest:
1. Nippy Longskar - Wood Elf
2. Jimmy - Necromantic?
3. Barney the Lurker
4. Zoglug - Skaven
5. Sizzling Gromril - Nurgle
6. Nethrag - Dwarf/Chaos
7. The Beanbag - Necromantic/Skaven/Chaos
8. Hawkmoon
9. Grugni - Orc
10. skcuzzlebumm? - Pro Elf
11. Grotsmeg
12. Chris W - Pro Elf/Undead

Well done, NL and Manchester!

There will be a general World Cup announcment next Monday, 28 May, regarding the team registration schedule, hotel blocks, etc etc. However, in answer to your questions, I can say:

1. Yes, all World Cup participants must be, or become, NAF members. There will be registration onsite so new coaches can sign up then.

2. All coaches will be on a team, either of their creation or created by the organizing group, as of start of team play on Saturday. The deadline for creating your teams will be sometime after individual play finishes on Friday, so that the staff can then see who is and is not on teams, and spend the hours necessary to create teams from individual coaches who are playing.

Hope this helps....
