Re: Airport transfer thread
Thanks Torsten, much appreciated. I suspect there will be quite a lot of people arriving at Zurich, so an official coach would be really good, and very cost effective for us.Tojurub wrote:I'm following this thread closely, so once we got a critical mass of coaches we can organize something official

Not sure how easy it would be to update a spreadsheet of some kind of times people arrive, airlines, people?

Re: Airport transfer thread
That's quite early, and would mean a very early start from dornbirn that the rest of us may not be too keen on! Let's see what other times people have, there may be enough for two coaches.gken1 wrote:I arrive 830 am on the 3rd, so I can wait for you guys.

I'm planning on arriving at Zurich at 16:30 on 3rd October. Will this be too late to join a coach?

Re: Airport transfer thread
I'm currently looking for a charter bus from Zurich airport to Dornbirn Messe. I assumed that everybody would be through immigration and luggage claim by 17:30 (p.m.)
The return trip I have not looked at since I need to gather more info about departure times from everybody.
It will be a 50 person bus, so depending on how many people we get together it will be between 12€ and 30€ per person. (one way!!!!)
Is that an acceptable price range for everybody? If not, please voice your price expectation. But before you complain, do research if there is anything cheaper. And if you find something, please share that info with everybody
I will soon write an email to all squad captains asking for flight data (airport and time) to get a better overview on what can be done to serve you the best way
Cheers
Torsten

Since it'll save loads of hassle, be convenient and should be a great atmosphere on the way, I'm happy with thatTojurub wrote:I'm currently looking for a charter bus from Zurich airport to Dornbirn Messe. I assumed that everybody would be through immigration and luggage claim by 17:30 (p.m.)

Torsten, not sure if anyone here in the Portuguese horde will join the transfer, we're still looking at flights, but I just wanted to thank you for taking the thankless job of trying to set the transfer to help everyone. So... thank you
