All team captains should have received an email with a link to activate a user account. They are asked to input the information about the team members, a mobile number for the organization to use on the weekend if necessary and any important notes (e.g. wheelchairs, epileptics, etc...)

The emails were sent to the email adresses as registered with the NAF. Should your captain not have received an email, please have him report on the NAF forums.

Just got an email from one captain who received an empty email. It seems I messed up the mailing, so the mail only shows if you're viewing it as HTML. If you're viewing it as text it shows up empty.

The English version of the booklet is ready and can be downloaded. The french and spanish versions are expected to be up tomorrow, they just need a last adjustment translated.

I've also sent out a second briefing to all team captains. The most important bit is that we need the names of the attending teams and final player names and numbers to be entered before November 4th. This is so Lucy and Dave can make the first round draw well in advance.

If you are a team captain and have not received a briefing by email:
1) Check your spam folder
2) Check your email address at the Naf and contact me
3) Contact me if your email address at the naf is correct and you still didn't receive a briefing.

Two questions I received:

Was this an automatic generated email?

Yes, the briefings are automatically generated

When you ask the data to be entered by November 4th, does it mean that I shall do something more?

If all info is complete, than everything is fine. Closer to the draw those coaches that have necessary info missing will get an additional email.

It's likely all coaches will receive one or two more emails regardless, just to keep them aware of the situation and to update them on any important issues.

There will also be a check upcoming to see if any players need to renew their membership before the world cup.
