Booked.

I tried to book the hotel but they have a new central booking service. That service

1 did not recognise the East Midlands Hotel
2 Did not know that we exist
3 Did not recognise the booking reference
4 Gave me a direct number that did not work

I then tried to call the hotel direct and got put back to the above booking service. I have tried an e mail, but as of now I will be camping in my car all weekend.

Yeah, we ended up in an infinity loop as well. Ended up actually speaking to someone at the hotel itself though and got sorted.

The hotel is called Orchard Hotel. The conference centre is East Midlands Conference Centre. If that helps.
