If it helps I can describe what I did last year.

I didn't get the room deals when I registered so I booked a room using Booking.com on a pay on the day deal - price was £208. A little later I got the deal details from the NAF and booked directly with the hotel using this. Total cost was £120 through them. So I cancelled the other booking and was glad I'd done it with a zero fee cancellation option.

We won't know what the room deals will be yet but I'm sure it'll be worth waiting for.

When I called them they just said it wasn't on their system yet. IIRC, you have to call the hotel directly to book. Once it's available. Would be good to have confirmation as apparently the special rate expires in two months.

i had exactly this the last years too, the hotel not knowing what conventions are going on and if they do have a special offer. Andy sorted it for me back then.

Are there ANY information regarding flight options after brexit available to you guys in the uk ? Its greatly dependant if it stays so cheap to travel there for us europeans or if it will be considerable more expensive to actually get to britain (we get different information about that here)
