Player needs to be standing and must have tackle zone to use Pro skill.

When actually player gets lost Tackle Zone back?

When thinking this I made a collection of questions relating order of things happening when Activating the player:

• Can Pro skill be used for negatrait if Bonehead (etc) failed in last turn?
• If player starts prone and fails negatrait which ends activation, is the player left prone?
• Can Treeman use Pro skill for standing up?
• If player starts prone and declare Blitz and the target has Dump-Off skill, will the Pass happens before or after standing up the activated player?
• Can player use Pro skill for Jump Up skill when making block from prone?
• When prone player declares to blitz player with Foul Appearance and fails the roll, is the activating player left prone?

Here is my thought about order of things, and if this is correct it will answer all of my questions:

1. Declare which player is activated
2. If lost tackle zone: get tackle zone back [Is this in correct place? Rulebook page 43, "until their next activation begins"]
3. Declare the actication
4. Declare the target for activation (if required)
5. Roll for any Negatrait (Bone Head, Bloodlust...) [errata: negatraits happen before Foul Appearance / Dump-Off]
   • Activation can end here (failed Bone Head (etc))
   • Animal Savagery can bite [errata: Prone player with Animal Savagery can lash team-mate]
6. Foul Appearance / Dump-Off (if required)
   • Activation can end here (failed Foul Appearance)
7. If prone (if MA<3 roll needed): standing up
8. Activation happens

To try to answer some of this:
- Yes, Pro can be used retry a failed negatrait, just like they could use a Team Reroll (providing Loner passes).
- Yes, they are left prone as they have not done a Move Action to stand up.
- Yes, a Treeman can use Pro to stand up.
- A Dump Off must be done as soon as the target is declared, so the Pass will happen before the Blitzer stands up.
- Yes, Pro can be used on Jump Up.
- Yes, if FA is failed the activation ends immediately, therefore the Prone player stays Prone.

Standing up is part of the Move Activation so would happen after "activation happens".

"Players that are Prone or Stunned, or that have lost their Tackle Zone for any reason, cannot use any Skills or Traits unless otherwise stated in the Skill or Trait description" -Rulebook, page 74

Why Treeman can use Pro skill for standing up? He explicitly is not yet standing.

And the first question was:
When player starts activation without Tackle zone and has some negatrait and Pro skill. Will he first get Tackle zone back (and can use Pro skill) or will he first check for negatrait (so he can't use Pro skill)?
