Oops, I thought Kick-Off Return was a Passing skill, idiot! :o

My take on 7s is that it's supposed to be quick, easy, simple and no frills.

By adding skills packages and additional gimmicks, it just makes it more open to confusion and slows the game down.

In essence, stop meta gaming 7s, you brutes!

No meta gaming, no confusion, no adding anything.

Just a clarification of a skill that can be misused in sevens that couldn’t in normal Bloodbowl.

That was my thinking.
My ban comment was slightly tongue-in-cheek (see the  ) but that does seem like a sensible clarification/addition (for 7s).

Well, you mentioned they're amateurs, and yet this one skill makes OTS easier for the amateur team than the pro team.

There was a pretty long debate about KoR during the revision of the Sevens rules. In the end, we decided not to modify it. The intent was to change as few things as possible and there was no clear consensus on it being broken. As with everything else, we'll be glad to hear of actual experiences with using the skill in this format.

A very worthy team can be had from 2 Werewolves and a compliment of zombies. As with any speedy positional/skink, securing the ball within gfi's of the end zone is likely a score.

KoR makes it easier....
