The first time i joined on line the site would not let me access anything or log on, so being impatient at the time i thought if i joined again it may let me on as i could not be bothered to wait for a response from the site organisers. I was wrong i still could not log on and sent numerous e-mails i am not flaming the NAF or anything i just could not be bothered to persevere as i have found a forum that seems spot on and i now have a set of blocking dice without having to bid the earth or buy the box set. By the way the dice have a reserve for £2.00 less than i paid for them so please dont think these are for profit sale, just getting back some of my losses.
I live in Dudley which is near the Merry Hill centre if you know it but i am not playing in any tourneys, i'm not that good. Played for years with my mates and still bring up the bottom of the league. However WH40K is a different story.....

One person joining twice causes us technical problems. NAF user IDs have to be unique. PM on it's way.

I didn't think anyone could have enough black block dice. Too bad these will go for more than they're worth, I'd like to have another set.

Sheesh, do you every wish you had researched a topic before starting it. I genuinly had no idea that blocking dice would fetch more than a couple of pounds

. I have been following the market on painted figures as i have a love of painting, i have not followed any prices on game components and was genuinly suprised at the response this has got. I am sorry if this causes offence that i have auctioned these.
snotsngrots: with my level of skill ONE black blocking dice is eneough, maybe i would need a spare for my oponent though

. I certainly have no need for six. Tell you what, if they dont reach the low reserve price you can have them free of charge

. it seems i completley misjudged the comunity on this one...sorry

Oh, they'll get there alright.

Enjoy watching this one. If you honestly have no idea, you will be surprised.

snotsngrots: tell you what, i have had a shitty day with this so i feel like cheering myself up a bit. Name your price at the latest 2 hours before the auction ends (12-Dec 10:32:58) on this very thread, if you are with £2 ligher/lower than the final price i will send you my remaining three dice free of charge

. I dont know how the time difference thing works but i am sure you can figure it out.
This is not ment in an agresive challenge manner or any form of personal attack, i just feel like seeing how well you know your market

. So go on treat yourself, if you are right you can have those extra dice you want.
At the time of writting the bidding stands at £1.20, not even a quater of what i paid for them (via NAF membership).
Remember that three free NAF blocking dice inclusive of P&P

for knowing you market. Should be fun. It may even cheer me up to see you win them. Seriously this is ment in joking spirit, but i will honour my offer if you are right.

just look down this list a previous auctions for blocking dice, the most i can see they have gone for is £7.50 and in another auction £7; both of these are rescent auctions. I am sorry am i missing something, thats only £1 more than i paid for them
Thank god i was not trying to profiteer, i would need about 100 memberships to make it worth while

I certainly hope I didn't help ruin your day. I'm trying to encourage you, not discourage you. Please don't take it the wrong way. I'm not trying to challenge you and I don't want your other set of dice. I want you to sell your dice and I am hoping you have a good time doing it. Those 2 auctions DW posted were the ones I was thinking of. I'm not sure how the exchange rate goes but I'd bet you'd get at least 10GBP for them. That's considerably higher than your 2GBP reserve.
Ebay auctions run hot and cold. Give it time. They might sit at 1.20 GBP for the next 4 days and then, in the last 15 seconds, shoot right up to 12 GBP. Waiting till the last few seconds is called sniping and a lot of people do it. Don't get discouraged. Watch and enjoy. Like I said before, it could be a fun ride. That's what I meant.

okay, i am just going to let this run and stop taking it so personaly. They go for what they go for, lesons learned. No offence was ment to anyone, this is my hobby afterall
Thanks for all the feedback anyway hopefully next time i start a topic it will be better thought out, its nice to talk to a community about a hobby i thought generated little interest. Shows what i know though.
