As it says:
"WCAT KEEPER"
I guess its one of the old Wood Elf Animal Handlers /Animal Keepers.
They had bear(s), wolves and wild (giant) cats and the according keeper minis.
A good example to see that the GW minis have grown in size during the years. Yesterdays Elf is todays Dwarf (and tomorrows Snotling?)

Funny that she has nuckledusters like BB minis though, huh! Makes her perfectly suited for the BB game (Maiden Guard thingy or blitzer in High Elf team, something like that!)

LOL.... yep, i saw this auction yesterday.
And thought the same about a animal handler like nacaotic... btw, nacotic, you seems to knew quite a lot of the minis, too, congrats

I think, this could be a nice conversion of a freelancer amazone blitzer, sometimes ( when i got time for this, too

)
About the witch elves... i knew, it s possible to get those at MO. But i like, as everybody knew right now, the old metal. And i need... let check my bb catalog... the two witchs and the lineman 2 of the Darkelf to finish another 3.ed team

Yes, yes, i knew... but after finished the 2.ed i m closing the missing parts of the 3.ed.
No Bonus...

That should be nice.

hahahaha... there was a time i wrote similiar posts about BigD deals....
But true, i have to stop it soon. I´m in at some big auctions right now. And i think after this i have to to take a break... organize my collection, check all out and trade / sell what i dont need. I got about 50-80 partly preslotta GW minis i maybe want to sell mini after mini to get some money back...

Thanks, I started buying GW minis in 1987 and stopped in 1993, so I happen to know all the old stuff, but when it comes to the new ranges my mind is nearly blank. My first GW mini was the Talisman Ghoul (single minis blisters for 2,90 DM) and my collection of the complete Talisman minis are still my proudest achievement.
I dumbed most of my stuff in 1993 (including GW ADD and old LotR minis) and just kept my Dark Elf and Undead army. I thought about selling those armies but a friend told me that nowadays the old WFB minis are not sought after anymore and I wouldn't make a great deal selling them

. It would have been my way to compensate for my BB spendings

Actually, you are in nearly every BB auction

When I check ebay for BB stuff I'm 99% sure that at the bottom there is travelerrrr with a first bid
Concerning this odd football team, I strongly doubt thast those are GW, if they would be official BB minis they would be known and if they would be (realy) old licensed GW minis they would be smaller (like Traveler RPG etc. minis). My guess (but this is a complete shot into the dark) is that these are lead minis for some odd old boardgame for children. They look too straight and "normal", like someone wanted to make real American Football minis for casual childrens game.

About the old football team. If you look closely , dont they look like they are homemade/moulded?? they are funny, but ugly as hell
My brother is a dental technician, and sculpts a lot. I have him convinced to make a BB team. Would it have any interrest to have him sculpting an american football look alike team??

... not now, but soon i will be... when i ever organised my collection and convinced myself to sell my stuff....
Yes, about the football Team. I´m not sure wher it come from. But i got minis in my dungeon with similiar bases. I will check tonight at home. Quite ugly, yes, if you compare with GW minis. But i like, when there are different minis in one team.
