John ... I'm sorry but I have done 5 different searches for any email from you and I don't have anything at all.

I'm sorry if you think I was not responding to you ... but I have no email in my Impact! box from you outside of the one asking for my address on July 28th.

I definitely do not ignore you if I see you have emailed me. I have two email address for you and one the last one I show was in February asking a question about a 2015 purchase and the other address last contact was July asking me for my return address.

Happy to work with you to get you a Garak ... and if you want to forward me copies of the 3 emails ... I'll try to figure out why I never received them. But definitely if you want to reach me ... you can private message me here as well.
