Looking for GW Amazon, Pro Elf & Nurgle mini's

Hey all,
I'm looking for the following 4 GW Blood Bowl miniatures:
4th Edition:
- Amazon Linewoman no 3 (left foot foreward, single-spiked cestus on right hand)
- Amazon Blitzer no 1 (triple-spiked cestus on right hand)
5th Edition:
- Nurgle Rotter no 3 (skinny, right fist raised to head)
- Pro Elf Catcher no 1 (without ball)
All edition, name and number designations follow those on this: http://www.blood-bowl-miniatures.de/ site.
Mini's should be in good condition, could be stripped, primed or painted (though I will strip them myself if primed or painted, so I'm not going to pay for a good paintjob). Basetags should be present and attached to feet as originally produced (not broken off and reattached).
I'm willing to pay reasonable prices, and I will pay for shipping of course (though I'd want to know shipping costs to Amsterdam, the Netherlands, beforehand, and there's a limit to how much I'll pay for shipping), or you could take them to BrassBowl or the Dutch Open if you're attending either of these tournaments.
