There is this item on ebay at the moment:

GW does still have him listed for $12 on their site, and I can get it shipped to a store for free. The issue is, I likely won't see it for 6 weeks. I just want to see if there are any other options available before I go with that.

I ordered one from GW, shipped directly to my home, and I got it within about two weeks. That was less than a month ago.
