What's the story on these NAF dice and black block dice?

I have found these auctions on ebay.
Does he have the rights to produce those dice with the NAF shield?
When I saw the pictures of the black block dice they seemed to have a thick line. I compare them to mine at home and there is a clear difference. Is he reproducing the black block dice and selling them for NAF dice OR is it a thick refill of real NAF dice?
He is putting them up on ebay reguraly and making lot's of money with them.

This is basically fraud, they are quite clearly not NAF dice as they do not have an engraved line for the symbols but the eBay description is that they are NAF.
If he is taking large sums for regularly for the block dice, it is no different than someone taking a plain cheap polo shirt printing Nike on it and selling it.

So you didn't produce those block dice?
I love the red NAF dice I got from you, by the way. While I'd prefer block dice, they'd be a fine replacement for the NAF membership premium.

If those block dice are NAF originals with a very think silver over the original gold, I do apologies. The odd size is a strong point in their favour.

Thanks for clearing this out. It was mainly the block dice that made me send this message. I had seen the NAF dice but didn't care to react then.
The block dice seemed dodgy on the picture on ebay. The close ups on this post look closer to the original.
Great collection you got there. Are they horizontal on a back wall, because it seems that three rows of dice are floating there at the back.
I have had dice made for the birth of my second daugther. Price seemed OK back then. I was happy I had them made and I don't see them in your picture
I can see a trade coming up

You checked online but could not see any copyright issues.
I think I would have asked them first as the symbol is recognised as their badge. Maybe I am old fashioned or have no head for business decisions, but it would have been good manners to ask.

Yes, It the logo does have a copyright as they sent me a file to use for NAF approved events. (this qualifies in the US I am not sure about the rest of the world) It is up to NAF to police their copyrights.
