Are painted teams selling???

Thinking of selling some of the teams that I don't play with anymore in an effort to motivate me to a) paint more teams and b) get out and play more bb.

Just gauging interest to see if there's still a market for selling painted teams before I take the plunge and put 2 or 3 teams on there or sell them individually.

It strongly depends on the quality of painting.

High quality will get his value and can go 300 to 400 euro for a team.

Average painting will only add small value to the team and then you are in categorie between 70 and 120 euro.

Price will be determined by amount of players in the painted team. Do you have all positionals and 16 players, then it will add value to the team.

It also depends on the team type and the wow factor of the paint. A lot of average paint jobs will get you retail or a tad over.

That's good to know then. I've just been going through some of my old models that I don't like either the paint jobs or the miniatures and I've got replacements that I'm struggling to get motivated to paint.

At least I can aim to get retail back minim and anything else is a bonus

Seems I’ve been undercharging myself with the commissions I’ve done.

Then we are talking top work and the price of the purchase as well. I am talking about ebay auctions not only the price to commission a team to paint.

High top quality goes even more. Wappel sold a team for 700-900 euro (that price range). It was a customized orc team.

It depends on the wauw factor.
