I only have Blocker 2 and kicker 1. Kicker 1 is broken at the angle but has been fixed with green stuff. It seems quite strong but probably ought to have been pinned as well.
Although they're not on your list, I have all three star players as well plus the two unreleased players - lineman 4 and catcher 3.

I've always been a little unsure as to the term "unreleased" myself. I found an explanation at http://www.collecting-citadel-miniature ... Unreleased that says:

Category:Unreleased
This category includes miniatures designed and sculpted for Citadel but which were never directly released either for sale or as a trophy, award or promotional item. That is, apart from a small number cast for trial purposes, the miniatures did not go into production.

I don't know the exact production history of the individual 2nd ed bb minis, but according to this site, these two orc players are "unreleased":

PS: You might wanna take a hard look at your catcher and lineman. Personally, I had a really hard time telling the difference just by looking at the pictures - especially between linman 1 and 4. It makes it easier when you have all of them in front of you, though.
