Has this ever happened to you?

Hi all,
I made an order for a FF game in early september and was told it would be awhile due to him being on holiday thats was cool he told me there was a delay. October rolls around still no game i get told the minis were out of stock, and his figs wont get casted straight away due to not being high demand. Now November rolls in I email him twice to see whays going on with my order i hear nothing back i'm starting to worry a bit not hearing the status of my order its now December 3 months after i placed the order and still no word...
Has this happened to many of you the gaming community and how did you go solving the problem? I dont want to name names just yet in the small hope he gets back to me or my stuff arrives.
