I've heard that Amazon penalizes sellers for removing a listing. So if a book is sold by other means, the lister just jacks up the price to ensure that it will never sell. Not sure why those prices are so close to each other, though.

I'm selling one for £25 on eBay right now ... maybe I should try jacking the price up a little.

$1994 now - I'm holding out for $2000 before I sell mine though.
