Talk Fantasy Football

OK this is a bit of a cheesey post, but I had too make it.

After seeing me looking longingly at the witch on a pumpkin with cat, at the Swindon Elfball tournament (Donated as a prize by Impact!), she decided to buy me one on the QT as a surprise.

She noted the 'please wait 4 to 5 weeks' and so said nothing to me until she receiced an email from Tom. This email told her that a number of orders shipped at the same time as my present had gotten lost in the post so a replacement was being sent. That replacement arrived today.

How amazing is that for customer service! I didn't even know I had a miniatured ordered from them and they send out a replacement for one that is lost in the post, without my wife lifting a finger to chase the item.

I repeat the title of this post:

IMPACT! are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

I'm going to join your cheesy party and also say that Tom and Impact are great (Pft like it needs saying) Tom's been great everytime I email him and their stuff is great quality.

They are also great to ask to sponsor events, out of the ones I inquired to they were the first back quick replies, and communication. Going to use them alot now.

You complete me Tom.

Tom and the guys at Impact! are awesome. They did the same with an order that I had made awhile back.

Of course they are.... No one has put in more time and effort to make fantasy football a success, even as the Greediest of them all attempts to destroy the genre....

I still have my marvelous felt field and I encourage others to ask Tom if he has any more lying around that he might sell....

I have to agree with Impacts customer service being great. I had one order delayed by a few weeks because of a postal delay stoping Impact receiving some of the miniatures I'd ordered and they added a few free goblins to my order because of it. That went well beyond my expectations for even good customer service.

I hate all you guys.... my wife just laughs when I mention these stories, she is likely to never emulate them
