he does not look GW ish but you could use him like an umpire in tennis at the side looking on (if that is your idea of fun???)

Doubt he's GW...not made for a base of any sort. Slotta or pegged.

Would be good for alchemist, but terrible for a wizard. Its got no flair at all. Entirely too docile to instill fear in my opponents.
