Don't buy from ppundy

This guy don't seem to be in the listed ebay members above, but I just got screwed big time by ppundy (paulpundy@hotmail.com on paypal) regarding a 2nd ed. skaven package (Item number: 260324973955).
The guy has been paid, never replied to my mails and now I've officially complained through PayPal, but I know it's a waste of time... and good money.
Did anybody ever dealt with the guy?
