Looks like one of the Space Pirates range from the early Rogue Trader days - I'll try and dig my catalogue out and check.

Cheers darkson, he`s not a Space pirate but that put me on the right track, he is "Sarge Rockhard" a merceanry figure from about the same realese date as the pirates
