One correct to this auction.
You don't have Laxon Hull ... you have a very limited edition Rex Farsight. This is not going to be a Chaos Cup tournament figure until 2010. Only a very small number of these were ever released to the public as I didn't make them. I don't remember now what tournament put this figure out.
However ... they sent me enough of him that he is going to be released at the Chaos Cup in 2010 as the official figure for that year along with one other pose of him.

Thanks a lot Tom. I am seriously annoyed that I have to sell these guys off, I had them earmarked to make a Chaos Pact team of my own.
Problem is my landlord is demanding rent every 4 weeks rather than monthly like the rest of the world which means I need to pay him 13 times a year instead of 12 and the date changes each month. Basically means this month I have to pay him on the 22nd, two days before I get paid myself.
My own savings couldn't cover it and so this big BB sale.
*Sigh*
Real life does get in the way of our hobby sometimes...

If you ask for offers and then agree on a price, it is bad form to then go sell it on ebay without any discussion.
No doubt I will not bid for this or any item on ebay nor will I ever offer anything for your minis again if you cannot honour a 'gentleman's agreement'.

As I tried to explain via PM a roof over my head comes before you getting a discount on a great miniature.
I hate having to sell my stuff like this but all we did was exchange a couple of messages. I was left waiting for you yet again and decided that E-bay was the best way to go.
Please accept this. Derogatory e-mails / posts really will not encourage me to change my mind.

The 'wait' you were talking about was for items posted to ebay that I may also be interested in as you yourself suggested.
Shock horror when I go to see what else I could buy to save on postage when I see the mini that we agreed on up there!
Regardless of what you state, people like you need to be exposed. Respect and honour are held highly, and people need to be aware that you sir, are not a man of your word.
Trying to change the details of the deal (waiting for me to decide?) do not help your case either.
In all respects, good luck on your auctions. You will not have my cash coming your way.

I know I will not have your cash. I politely explained to you via PM that I would not be selling to you now as I had actually put the item on E-bay as I had done so with a load of other stuff and I apologized more than twice.
Please stop trying to cause a big scene over what is essentially you trying to get a cheap deal on a great model.
I'm trying to make sure I can pay the rent this month and if that means that I have unintentionally upset you then that is unfortunate.

Dwarfcoach- I feel for you man. I would love to get the chaos allstars but I can't afford it either or any of your other stuff. Good Luck.
BTW Which one is Rex Farsight? I really like the thrower but can't seem to find him on any CAS team pages. (that is probably him.) Is there a history page on CAS of all the team members besides the pictures on b-b.net anywhere?
