Ok, it seems that kids are more important that the game, so i need streamline my stuff. This said, i'm thinking of flogging of a load of box sets.

Now Do i just stick them up on ebay, or offer here. I have tings like a 1st ed set where the player sheets are still unpunched. Ditto for a 2nd ed box, 4th ed box. I have 3rd ed boxes for german and a mint Dungeonbowl set too.

Bearing in mind i now have 4 sprogs, i need to boost the finances to support them, and also to be able to afford 2 bricks!!! :puke:

Been doing similar recently, giving up collecting stuff and just keeping the figures i actually use. If you know how much something is worth then i find selling on here is a lot less hassle than Ebay, however if your not sure of the value ebays the sensible option.

Rob, Id probably get advice from knowledgable people and put it up here first, the people can always say no to your price and hope you put it on ebay and take a gamble

Ebay fees cost approx 8-10% once you take everything into account such as paypal, better off the kids having the cash rather than ebay

Haven't you got a telly? Or a sharp knife? :D :-?

Seriously, please let us know where you are going to be advertising the sale(s) as I'd like to bid too.

Thanks

Well guys if I am honest (I usually am) Ebay prices of late although a lottery are going silly so I would try listing there. As long as the market doesn't crash you should be ok.

If you dont want the hassle I could offer you a price on the lot as you know but need to mail me the list. You know though its going to be resold at my end (as it is my business) so I would encourage you to try and sell as much off direct as you can and any left overs let me know. :smoking:

Take a look on ebay and see what the kind of things you are selling are going for. I agree that some of the prices on there are crazy (I should know, I've paid a few and been outbid by many more, though thankfully I almost have everything I want), so cash in if you can.

As for selling on here, could you post up a detailed list of everything you are thinking of getting rid off, or is it just the things mentioned in the original post?
