Just curious, how much to ship "OotS: Start of Darkness" to America? I just haven't got around to picking it up yet, and am curious if I might be able to dave versus the normal channels despite the deathbed-weak US dollar.

Postage to the states looks like it will be £5.57. Alternatively, if you or somebody you know are going to the GT in a week, it can be picked up from there.
