Would have to say although it looks great I don't like the bit of blackmail in the bottom of the auction!
The part that says "Please remember that this item is sold as soon, and many further photos are available if requested. Feedback will be left once I receive yours, letting me know you have received the item and are happy with it. If you have any problems please contact me before leaving feeback". As a serious ebayer I'd have to say I find that quite offensive and wouldn't bid because of this. As a seller I believe you should be leaving feedback provider the purchaser paid quickly and completed their part of the transaction. What else does a seller have to comment on in regards to a buyer?

This comment suprised me as i know youve dealt a lot on ebay, i guess youve been lucky, theres a damn sight more than just quick payment that makes a good buyer, personally i dont care how quick the payment is if it bounces which has happend to me on numerous occassions (once by a TBB), i could also reel of a large list of other things bad buyers can do, but have no wish to highjack the thread,
oh And nice lizardman team, a lot nicer than the one i sold a couple of weeks ago

A buyers responsibility is done when he informs the seller that he has received the item and it is fine. If he's not alright with the purchase it's a 2 way street. Both parties need to decide what needs to be done.

As many have pointed out, I believe the buying/selling process a two way street and work actively to sort out any potential problems before feedback is left. You'll notice I have a 100% positive record, and pride myself on it. Ideally feedback would be provided immediately, but most experienced e-Bayers know that this isn't an ideal world.
I hope that disclaimer wouldn't stop people bidding on the item. I have never given a feedback I felt unfair as a 'retaliation' to someone, and believe myself to be a very open and honest trader. If someone pays me on time I'll give them great feedback.
The board itself is indeed a modified picture frame. The glass is removed and replaced with 5mm foamcore. The backing board is covered in magnetic sheet and the models bases get magnetic basing on the underside. The holes are cut with a compass cutter, and 4 furniture glides are added to the corners of the underside of the frame giving it a lift off the table and minimising scratches. Everything gets varnished twice, so the whole thing is fairly solid and robust.
Halfling and Woodies are on the painting table with display boards as well. The Flings have the classic hotpot built in and Deeproot and Puggy along for the ride! Not sure if they will go next, possibly my Skaven? Watch this space I guess...
...oh, and bid on the Lizzies!
