Certainly a nice job... the best of luck and success on your painting venture!

Simple, and effective, are my two favorites: the turn and reroll markers!
Those poor gobbos sure are workin' hard...

Cheers Vomit!
I'm as nervous as hell about going it alone, not having a wage or a salary to rely on anymore... :-?
But, well, if i don't do it now i never will
Might as well give it a go, eh? :D
Cheers!

That's a good looking team! I'm not in the market myself, but I wish you the best with the sale.

You might also want to contact NightDragon 2, who's looking to commision a custom Dark Elf team just a couple threads down.

I would probably try to get the pictures of the models looking as nice as the models themselves. If you're going pro, mess around with the different camera settings, lighting, backgrounds until you get the photos truly profesional looking.

The team looks great but indeed the pictures could be a lot better. At the moment it looks like Varag has a really simple paintjob (contrary to the rest of the team). I also wish you best of luck on this endeavour, I''m always interested to see if people can make a living out of this, so I wish you the very best! :)

Cheers guys!
Yep, i agree with you about the pics - i've got an old Olympus thing at the mo - any recommendations for a decent camera?

And as for the website...in my defense it is a free one all Orange customers get as part of their package, and it is pretty crap! Again, any recommandations for a decent package would be most welcome - no techie speak! Me no understand techie speak!
cheers!

As far as cameras goes I am very, VERY pleased of my Sony camera (don' remember the exact type, but it is one of those hybrid 12x optical zoom thingies).
They have Carl Zeiss lenses which makes them absolutely top of the bill. Big screens as well and very easy to use.

Only down side is the Sony Memory stick format ... no compatibility with SD cards or other media from Olympus cameras.

I have a Sony Cybershot DSC W30, works for me, has a good macro function and it's not too expensive. The main 'problem' is that you can't hold the camera still very well when pressing to photograph, but setting the timer to 2 secs takes care of this problem. You can see some photographs here:
viewtopic.php?t=23079

They were lit by two desk lamps (one neon type and a 75Watt bulb) and a very small amount of daylight (I have small windows ;)).
