Looking for CD, 2nd ed.

Anyone got a spare CD no 5? Or..it's a longshot..no. 6 or 7?
Btw, anyone got suggestions for alternative bull centaurs since the usual ones don't match with 2nd ed. CD?

I've seen conversions combining chaos hounds and dwarf slayers.
They looked nasty.
