my orc team is crap!

i am using the team straight outta th ebox and they look pretty rubbish! i much prefere the ones with football gear on, as mine look like they are straight outta warhammer but with the weapons chopped off! can anyone help me

Green stuff is a great and easy way to make your Warhammer fantasy models look like they are wearing some Blood Bowl kit. The main things you wanna convert onto the buggers are:
1) Knuckle Dusters
2)Shoulder Pads
3)Bloodbowl esk helmates or leather caps
the knuckle dusters really make them look like they are bloodbowl crew. You may also want to model big cloves unstead of dusters, or gauntlets as well.
