What kind of figure is Rubis Hakarth

Rubis Hakarth is/was a 2nd ed Dark Elf Star Player. He is being released soon with a new Jordell Freshbreeze. I don't know when of if it's already happened. But I saw him or was told about him (can't remember) at the Gumpta Challenge.
