Even if it is just a hollow shell, at the price they charge you can just flip it and give it a nice reinforcement of Plaster of Paris or some other cheap easy to use material and your golden. I am Impressed with most of the terrain also.traveller wrote:interesting link... thats not like resin ? Not full molded. More like a plastic folie ? Right ?

From the website. Don't let it stop you from using it but be aware that's what you're buying. It looks like some good stuff. We produce a variety of quality vacuum formed plastic mouldings for modellers and business.
hehehe, when i read this i thought the sameVacuum-formed... cast plaster in 'em.

....hm , i´m just thinking to buy....
Don't cast in Plaster of Paris...it's bloody garbage. What you want is dental plaster, you could take something cast in this and throw it at the wall and probably hurt the wall more than the piece.About plaster casting... Take the stairs on the top of this page for example. Think it'd die a quick and painfull death and get chipped pretty damn quick if it was cast in plaster. "Oops, the blood thirster fell over and brought half of the stairs with him."
I'd rather fill up the terrain piece with plaster to reinforce it as the plastic is more durable to surface wear.
