Note the game has no AI, so has to be played with a friend – either on the same PC or by the online options supplied in the game.
The game requires a small Java download to play (JRE 1.3 to be precise - about 5MB) – I can supply this once I get my broadband connection (in a week I hope!!, or you can download it yourself.
How can someone sell the JavaBB which is free?

Problem is, if GW manages to see that message, plenty of 'digitally scanned pictures from the WD', they might see the need of further investigations, and maybe, just maybe, get in touch with SkyJunie about the issue.
Would be a great loss if this leads to any kind of legal action there ...

If it is JBB the guy is in violation of the licence - and Ski's IP.

Anyone copied this to Skyjunkie? He should know about it so he can contact E-Bay. They will stop auctions like this as they are considered fraud.

I've warned the bidder/winner and asked the seller for more pics to confirm it's Java BB
Looks like we'll need to watch out for more like this since he's a 0 feedback seller - might try it frequently.
I suggest reporting EVERY item like this to ebay...

He's clearly trying to sell a copy of the JavaBowl tool...and an old version if its Java 1.3 you need (the current one needing 1.4)...
VERY sus, but buyer beware as always on EBay. He hasn't actually LIED anywhere as far as I can see...just been creative with the truth.

Could someone warn the latest high bidder on this auction? eBay only allows one message per day, and have done nothing about the numerous reports about this seller so far.

Here are the links to the games in question for the latest auction:

Well just got a reply from the high bidder. I have a funny feeling he won't be paying up
