...ok, so the "buy phil a computer, buy his miniatures" campaign is almost over, i'm just a half-dozen teams, more or less, away from that shiny new counting machine, and i'm getting tired of the waiting... so, for the next few days at least, i'm giving the whole world the same deal i gave the people who came to the TKC Bloodbowl event over the weekend, 16 miniatures in pre-packed (but very logical) teams for 25 bucks. beat that deal with a stick, already... plus a fiver for shipping and you're still under invoice if you take this baby off the lot today...

...this deal will not last more than a few days, so get it while you can...

a buck is a young deer isn't it?

i think shipping 25 of them will cost a lot from the uk, are there any local dealers i can send payment too and get them to deliver to you instead?

No, not a deer a moose!

When I was a young lad I used to like girls,
I played with their bodies and fondled their curls.
Till my girl ran off with a Captain named Bruce.
Oh you'll never get treated like that by a moose!

Chorus:
Then its moose, moose, I want a moose.
I have never had anything quite like a moose.
I've had many women, me life has been loose,
But I've never had anything quite like a moose.

When I'm in the mood for a good lay,
I go to the closet and get me some hay.
I open the window and spread it around,
Cause the moose always come when there's hay on the ground!

Chorus

I've done it with all sorts of beasties with hair;
I'd do it with snakes if their fangs were not there,
I've done it with llamas, sheep, dogs and a goose,
But I've never had anything quite like a moose!

Chorus

Now a gorilla is all right for a Saturday night,
And lions and tigers they put up a fight.
But it's just not the same when you slam their caboose
Like the feeling you get when you hump on a moose.

Chorus

The king of the gods is a fellow named Zeus,
On top of Olympus with an urge to seduce.
They offered him virgins but he'd just refuse,
"Screw all of your virgins and bring me a moose!"

Chorus

Oh, the bride of ol' Cherry, it's never been told
Had surrendered her virtue indecently bold
But she still has her Cherry - she's happy his wife
This here's proof that a matron can have one for life.

*** CHORUS***

When I went to the desert a moose for to find,
I only found camels, I near lost my mind,
But a camel reminds me, a moose just a bit,
But a moose always swallows and camels just spit.

***CHORUS***

At the end of a dusty day walking my post,
I dream of those pleasures I fancy the most,
And to lure the great beastie I'll play my kazoo,
Cause a Moose in the boots is worth ten in the zoo.

***Chorus***

And now I am old and advanced in my years.
As I look o'er my life, I will shed me no tears.
So I sit in my chair with a glass of prune juice,
Playing hide the salami with Marvin the Moose!

***Chorus***

I've died, gone to heaven, my soul soars away
I show up at those gates with my bale of hay
Now they're bound to inquire as to my grin
And I'll wind up in hell humpin' mooses again

All wackiness aside, buy a team from Phil!

Back on topic (and away from weird Moose fetishes) how much to ship to the UK?

How about if we get a bulk order together?

Being miserable about Ian's Bulk order idea, it might be better to order individually as you might escape VAT and import tax that way - I forget the limit below which you are not charged, but think it's about £15. A big order would save on shipping but add 17.5 % VAT and about 5 % import duty. Oh, and the post office / parcelforce do like to add a fee on top for clearing them through customs too.

Speaking as someone who has both avoided and paid these taxes, it's much nicer to avoid them.

Of course, if you can wait until the Blood Bowl you may be able to get OMM to bring them over if both he and Phil are amennable. If taxes would be an issue on that, then scratch that idea too.
