sounds like pirates of the carribean 1: 1000 silver dubloons that cursed captain barbossa and his crew to sail forever, until the dubloons were reunited and the blood debt fulfilled... hmmm, whose blood do we need to spill for bb to be reborn at gw?
hehehe

Its absolutely ridiculous.

I'm sure you could find a company who make dice to make you a set if you were that desperate for 10 quid.

Idiot.

£80 at the end for the black ones!!! :o

----------------

Just updated my dice-section at my website a few days ago with some new dice.

Did i missed the green NAF dice ? Or they just disappeared in my drawers i guess ? I remember some NAF dice hard to read... must be those, or ? So they muss be between the blue and orange "dice-age"?! I have to check my stuff again.

The yellow ones i will add after the B7.

EDIT: Just read this thread at NAFwebsite... i have to edit my dice-page again with some new informations.

what is so great about these black dice. There crap!!!! you can hardly see them when they are used. It maybe just me but i find it hard to see whats been rolled when i am at our club. It maybe the lights but i would much prefer to have the orange or yellow or even the good old white ones. I cannot believe that someone will pay £80 for 3 dice.

From a collector´s view they are not crap. Just something worth the money...but I wouldnt pay so much for them, too. Ehm, ok, if i remember what i paid for the old spike trophy...

As for the gameplay i think, the green ones were the worst!

Actually only if said company wasn't aware of Blood Bowl. And in that case you'd be doing them a disserve if you were not up front about your project with them.

Yah looks of folks have made dice that COULD be used for Blood Bowl ... but direct copyright violation is a whole different matter. No company I know would willing make a copy of Blood Bowl dice for you.

In USA, you have to change an image by 10% to avoid copyright. If you look at all the different Block Dice that Chessex has done over the last several years .... all of them were different by at least 10% on each face from the original image. That's why Chessex creates the dice.

But come to them and ask you to make you up a set of Blood Bowl block dice .... I doubt they would agree.

Galak

Was more of a point of paying £90 for three cubes of plastic as oppose to a rallying cry to defy collectors and get some bootleg dice made.
