That could be the logical explanation:
why someone should buy a Res GR for 30 GBPs, resell it for 80GBPs in an auction and afterwards - abrakadabra out of the drawers - offers 4x of it as 80GBPs instant buy.
If he is a recaster he will try to drop more of them at ebay as recasting only 4 pieces is quite expensive as you have invest some money to produce the mould (roughly 70-100GBPs)

I missed something ... how do you know he has 4? I'm not seeing in the auction where it says that and I looked at his other auctions and don't see 3 more.Gertwise wrote:Look what I found:

where it says number available. it said 2 when I looked, so I guess 2 were sold by then.
I'm guessing another was sold so now it says 1 available.

Too low actually. Estimates on the Res GR and the Liz Cheerleader by Andy Hall were 500 a piece.
The GD Lizardman team was 200 teams (but they don't comment on that item).

I just did add all the ocassions I know of: BB Ressurection ca 100 pieces (60-70 attendees and some extra "leaking"), the one tourney in the USA where Andy turned up with Res GRs (30??) and the dozen or so given out at the BB 2004 Pub Quiz. Maybe they have still a bucket full standing around at GW...???

There were a LOT more instances. TKC, GenCon, and MANY other tournaments received GRs as prizes to give out. Ever seen Deathwing's picture of the 6 that he has.narkotic wrote:I just did add all the ocassions I know of: BB Ressurection ca 100 pieces (60-70 attendees and some extra "leaking"), the one tourney in the USA where Andy turned up with Res GRs (30??) and the dozen or so given out at the BB 2004 Pub Quiz.
